氧化钙去除含磷废水中磷的反应条件研究

探究4种除磷剂在含磷废水中的除磷效果和经济性,并以氧化钙为除磷剂,探讨pH、温度、反应时间对除磷效果的影响.结果表明:随反应pH升高,氧化钙除磷率增大,但pH在5.05以上时,趋于稳定;初始pH越高,相应的除磷效果越好;除磷率随着温度升高不断提高;含磷废水中磷浓度越高,所需除磷反应时间越长,相应的除磷率越高.
Study on reaction conditions of phosphorus removal from phosphorus containing wastewater using calcium oxide
The phosphorus removal efficiency and economy of four phosphorus removal agents from phosphorus containing wastewater are explored,and the effects of pH,temperature and reaction time on the phosphorus removal rate are studied with calcium oxide used as the phosphorus removal agent.The results show that as the reaction pH increases,the phosphorus removal efficiency of calcium oxide increases,but tends to stabilize when the pH is above 5.05;The higher the initial pH,the better the corresponding phosphorus removal effect;The phosphorus removal efficiency increases continuously with the increase of temperature;The higher the phosphorus concentration,the longer the required reaction time,the higher the corresponding phosphorus removal efficiency.
