我国磷石膏全量治理策略与技术途径

介绍我国磷石膏治理3个方向的技术进展:一是磷石膏存量资源化,该方向主要是将已堆积的磷石膏进行资源化利用,主要用于建材、工业、农业等方面;二是磷石膏增量无害化,该方向是指对当前新增磷石膏通过水洗、中和、煅烧等方法去除或固化磷石膏中有害杂质,有效控制磷石膏环境污染风险;三是磷石膏减量技术,是利用盐酸或者硝酸分解磷矿制磷酸,从源头上减少磷石膏的产生量.磷石膏治理需要采用存量资源化、增量无害化和减量再优化的全量治理策略,协同推进,多管齐下,方治根本.
Strategy and technical approach for total treatment of phosphogypsum in China
The technical progresses of phosphogypsum treatment in three directions in China are introduced:First,the resource utilization of phosphogypsum stock,which mainly involves the resource utilization of accumulated phosphogypsum,mainly used for building materials,industry,agriculture,and other aspects;Secondly,the incremental harmless treatment of phosphogypsum,which refers to the removal or solidification of harmful impurities in the newly added phosphogypsum through methods such as water washing,neutralization and calcination,effectively controlling the environmental pollution risk of phosphogypsum;The third is phosphogypsum reduction technology,which uses hydrochloric acid or nitric acid to produce phosphoric acid,reducing the displacement of phosphogypsum from the source.To address the issue of phosphogypsum treatment,it is necessary to adopt a comprehensive treatment strategy of resource utilization of stock,harmless incremental treatment and optimization after reduction,in a coordinated manner,with multiple approaches to address the root cause.
