Analysis of typical fault causes and countermeasures for Hydro fluidized bed granulation device
In response to typical faults such as deformation of the demister mesh in the washing tower,frequent damage of the vibrating screen mesh,and leakage of the nozzle branch pipe of the granulator that occurred during the production process of the Hydro fluidized bed granulation device,the reasons of these faults are analyzed and discussed.By taking corresponding measures,equipment problems are eliminated,and the safe and stable operation of the device is ensured.
