弱光、低温胁迫下的施肥抗逆效果初探

以玉米为供试作物,在培养箱中进行微生物肥和氮肥减量的抗弱光、抗低温效果研究,并与具有抗弱光效果的有机碳营养(α-酮戊二酸)比较.结果表明,66%光照条件下,相较于常规氮处理,微生物肥、减氮及有机碳营养处理均有不同程度增产,增产率达27%~33%,减氮处理与施用微生物肥处理均有抗弱光逆境的增产效果;微生物肥处理的抗低温效果明显优于减氮处理,减氮处理略优于增氮处理,相较于常规氮处理,微生物肥处理增产50%.
Preliminary study on anti-stress effect of fertilization under weak light and low temperature stress
The resistance to low temperature and weak light of microbial fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer reduction in incubators are studied by taking maize as the test crop,and the anti-stress effects are compared with organic carbon nutrition(α-ketoglutaric),which has weak light resistance effect.The results show that under 66%light conditions,compared to conventional nitrogen treatment,the yields of microbial fertilizer treatment,nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment and organic carbon nutrition treatment are all increased with an increase rate of 27%to 33%,both nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment and microbial fertilizer treatment have a yield increase in resistance to weak light stress;The low temperature resistance effect of microbial fertilizer treatment is significantly better than that of nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment,nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment is slightly better than nitrogen increase treatment.Compared with conventional nitrogen treatment,microbial fertilizer treatment increases yield by 50%.
