Experimental study on recovery of water-soluble phosphorus from phosphogypsum
The by-product phosphogypsum of wet-process phosphoric acid contains water-soluble phosphorus.Direct stacking of phosphogypsum will cause waste of phosphorus resources and lead to water pollution.Water washing and calcium oxide precipitation method are used to recover water-soluble phosphorus, the effects of water consumption and temperature on the recovery rate of water-soluble phosphorus, and the effect of calcium oxide addition on the recovery rate of phosphorus in washing solution are studied. The results show that under the conditions of 40 ℃,liquid-solid ratio of 0.7 mL/g,stirring time of 30 minutes, and stirring speed of 400 r/min,more than 80%of water-soluble phosphorus enters the liquid. The water-soluble phosphorus in the washing solution can be precipitated with calcium oxide.Through water washing and mineralization, the recovery rate of water-soluble phosphorus from phosphogypsum achieves 80%,which has significant economic value.
