摘要
考察凯氏定氮仪测定有机肥中总氮时消解温度、混合催化剂加入量、蒸馏时间等因素对测定结果的影响,介绍消解、蒸馏过程中的注意事项.结果表明在消解时加入混合催化剂5 g、消解温度420℃、蒸馏时间5 min条件下总氮测定结果相对标准偏差为0.88％,精密度良好,满足方法要求.
Abstract
The effects of factors such as digestion temperature,catalyst dosage and distillation time on the determination of total nitrogen in organic fertilizers by kjeldahl apparatus are examined,and the matters needing attention during digestion and distillation processes are introduced.The results show that the relative standard deviation of the measurement results is 0.88％under the conditions of adding 5 g of mixed catalyst during digestion,digestion temperature of 420 ℃,and distillation time of 5 minutes.The precision is good and meets the requirements of the method.
