新型碳纤维复合材料在磷酸装置化工泵上的应用

摘要
磷酸生产装置现用金属化工泵因腐蚀、磨蚀加剧,备件使用寿命短,检修频率高,严重影响了磷酸生产系统的正常运行.分析新型碳纤维复合材料的性能和介质适用情况.介绍新型碳纤维复合材料在磷酸料浆输送泵和稀硫酸输送泵两个工况下的试用情况,试运行半年,回收成本的同时节约了备件费用56.42万元,非计划停车减少,减轻磷损失,减少经济损失43.6万元,同时节约了人力成本,应用效果较好,值得推广.
Abstract
The metal chemical pumps used in phosphoric acid plant are severely affected by corrosion and abrasion,the service life of spare parts is short,and maintenance frequency is high,which seriously affect the normal operation of the phosphoric acid production system.The performance characteristics and medium applicability of new carbon fiber composite materials are analyzed.The trial operation of new carbon fiber composite materials in two working conditions such as phosphate slurry conveying pump and dilute sulfuric acid conveying pump are introduced.After half a year of trial operation,the cost is recovered while saving 564 200 RMB Yuan in spare parts costs.Due to unplanned parking reduction,phosphorus loss is reduced,economic loss is reduced by 436 000 RMB Yuan,and labor cost is saved.The application effect is good and worthy of promotion.
