磷铵装置气氨供给改进与热量利用

摘要
云南云天化红磷化工有限公司氨站供给气氨量有限,无法满足生产需求.介绍磷铵装置生产中气氨供给存在的问题,包括磷酸一铵装置液氨蒸发器故障频繁,气氨输送管道热损失大.通过对氨站供氨系统进行技术改造,对气氨输送管道增加保温措施并验证可行性,提高了各装置应对突发事故的能力,气氨热量得到了合理利用,且氨站气氨供给量可以满足装置使用需求.
Abstract
The supply of gas ammonia in ammonia station of Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.is limited,which cannot meet production demand.The problems in the supply of gas ammonia in the ammonium phosphate plant are introduced,including frequent failures of the liquid ammonia evaporator in the monoammonium phosphate plant and significant heat loss in the gas ammonia pipeline.Technical renovation of the ammonia supply system at the ammonia station is carried out,insulation measures to the gas ammonia pipeline are added,and the feasibility is verified.After the improvement,the ability of each device to respond to sudden accidents has been improved,the heat of gas ammonia has been reasonably utilized,and the supply of gas ammonia at the ammonia station can meet the usage needs of the plant.
