10种中药材中有机磷类农药残留分析及暴露风险评估

摘要
对10种中药材中有机磷类农药进行残留分析和暴露风险评估,为中药材中农药残留快筛方法的开发提供基础数据支持.采用检出率、超标率进行农药残留分析,并进行慢性膳食暴露风险评估和急性膳食暴露风险评估.陈皮检出农药数量最多,检出8种农药,且3种为禁用农药;禁用农药中甲拌磷检出最多,在5种中药材中检出,在当归中检出率高达100%;限用农药中毒死蜱检出最多,在8种中药材中检出,在金银花中检出率高达100%;禁用农药甲拌磷在当归和苍术中的超标率分别高达69.05%和33.33%,限用农药丙溴磷在陈皮中的超标率为25.45%.各有机磷类农药在10种中药材中的暴露风险评估在可接受范围内,且慢性与急性膳食暴露风险评估结果基本一致.
Abstract
Residue analysis and exposure risk assessment of organophosphorus pesticides in 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are carried out to provide basic data support for the development of rapid screening method for pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine.Detection rate and over standard rate are used for pesticide residue analysis,chronic and acute dietary exposure risk assessments are calculated.The number of pesticides detected in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium is the largest,with 8 pesticides detected,and 3 pesticides are prohibited.Among the banned pesticides,phorate is the most detected,which is detected in 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and the detection rate is up to 100%in Angelicae Sinensis.Chlorpyrifos is detected in 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the detection rate is up to 100%in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.The over standard rates of the banned pesticide phorate in Angelicae Sinensis and Atractylodis Rhizoma are 69.05%and 33.33%,respectively,and the over standard rate of profenofos in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium is 25.45%.The exposure risk assessment of organophosphorus pesticides in 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine is within the acceptable range,and the results of chronic and acute dietary exposure risk assessments are basically consistent.
