摘要

当前磷石膏制备建筑石膏均要求原料磷石膏pH≥4.5.以45万t/a磷石膏流态化煅烧制备建筑石膏/Ⅱ型无水石膏柔性生产装置为平台,开展低pH磷石膏中温闪烧除杂、袋装陈化处理试验,探究其工业化应用的可行性.结果表明,pH 3.5~4.0的磷石膏煅烧所得产品2h抗折强度达到2.0 MPa以上,满足手工砌块产品质量要求.

Abstract

At present,the production of building gypsum from phosphogypsum requires the pH of raw material to be more than 4.5.Using 450 kt/a building gypsum/type Ⅱ anhydrous gypsum flexible production plant by fluidized calcination of phosphogypsum as a platform,experiments are conducted on low pH phosphogypsum with medium temperature flash firing for impurity removal and bagging for aging treatment,exploring its feasibility in industrial application.The results show that the 2 hours flexural strength of product reaches over 2.0 MPa using phosphogypsum with pH of 3.5-4.0,meeting the quality requirements of handmade block products.
