摘要
针对原料磷矿质量变化引起的湿法磷酸颜色较深,净化磷酸产能提升带来的钾离子、钠离子富集以及生产成本较高等问题,对湿法磷酸生产进行优化.通过在过滤系统添加絮凝剂,改造陈化槽搅拌设施,提高供酸液位,将澄清槽、陈化槽串级使用,增加淤浆以及氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸钾移除设施,取得了良好的效果.
Abstract
In response to the problems of deep acid colour caused by changes in the quality of raw material phosphate rock,potassium and sodium ion enrichment caused by the increase of purified WPA production capacity,and high production costs,the production of WPA is optimized.By adding flocculants to the filtration system,modifying the mixing facilities of the aging tank,increasing the acid supply level,using the clarification tank and aging tank in series,and adding facilities for removing sludge and sodium fluorosilicate and potassium fluorosilicate,good results have been achieved.
