The feasibility of using ammonium sulfate solution produced during tail gas desulfurization of sulfuric acid plant to adjust the quality of phosphate and compound fertilizer products is analyzed;The adding method and dosage of ammonium sulfate solution in the production of phosphate and compound fertilizer is introduced;The effect of adding ammonium sulfate solution on the quality of phosphate and compound fertilizer products is investigated.The results indicate that using ammonium sulfate solution instead of sulfuric acid to adjust the quality of phosphate and compound fertilizer products is feasible,has little impact on product quality,and solves the problem of difficult utilization of ammonium sulfate solution while saving the production cost of phosphate and compound fertilizer products,which has good economic benefits.
