湿法磷酸生产中磨矿装置溢流型球磨机筒体衬板螺栓多颗出现泄漏,导致球磨机连续运行率低、泄漏严重、小齿轮使用周期短等问题.分析影响螺栓泄漏的主要因素,通过改变衬板结构、减少泄漏点、优化衬板螺栓密封结构形式等技术改造,球磨机衬板螺栓泄漏量减少,球磨机运行率提高至90%以上,减少维修费用约30万元/a.
Multiple bolts on the liner of the overflow type ball mill in the grinding device of WPA plant have leaked,resulting in low continuous operation rate,severe leakage,short service life of small gears,etc.The main factors affecting bolt leakage are analyzed,through technological improvements such as changing the liner structure,reducing leakage points,and changing the sealing structure of the liner bolts,the leakage of the liner bolts is reduced,the operating rate of the ball mill is increased to above 90%,and the maintenance cost is reduced by about 300 000 RMB Yuan/a.
