When DAP is produced with residual acid produced from phosphoric acid purification with tube reactor process,scaling occurs quickly in the tube reactor,which affects production.The causes of scaling in the tube reactor is analyzed,a non axial spiral tube reactor is used to replace the ordinary tube reactor,and its energy-saving effect and economic benefits are calculated.By using spiral scraping instead of steam to remove scaling,the continuity of DAP production is ensured,reducing the idle operation time,production efficiency is increased by 12%,energy-saving rate is more than 16%,saving 2.816 million RMB Yuan in annual costs.
