The particulate matter content in exhaust tail gas from sodium fluorosilicate plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.often exceedes the standard.The existing tail gas treatment process of the sodium fluorosilicate plant and the current status of tail gas emissions are introduced,and the reasons for exceeding the limit of particulate matter in exhaust tail gas are analyzed.The transformation schemes of tail gas washing system and supporting facilities,and the process flow after the transformation are introduced.After the transformation,the particulate matter index of exhaust tail gas meets the requirements of GB 16297-1996,achieving the expected goal.
