振动筛板塔净化湿法磷酸实验研究

在振动筛板塔中,以甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)为萃取剂,开展溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸实验研究,考察振动频率、相比对磷酸萃取率、杂质离子选择性、洗涤效果和反萃效果的影响.研究结果表明:萃取过程适宜的相比为4.1,振动频率为300次/min,在此条件下磷酸萃取率高达84%;洗涤过程适宜的振动频率为150次/min,洗涤酸用量为溶剂相体积的14.2%,在此条件下Mg2+、Fe3+、Al3+、SO42-脱除率分别为91%、87%、80%、52%;反萃过程适宜的振动频率为200次/min,反萃水用量为溶剂相体积的13.8%,在此条件下磷酸反萃率为92%,反萃磷酸w(H3PO4)为 52%.MIBK对阳离子的脱除效果较好,对阴离子脱除效果欠佳.经过萃取净化后,磷酸中Fe3+、SO42-含量不能达到工业磷酸标准,需要结合其他方法进一步脱除.
Purification of WPA in reciprocating plate column
Purification of WPA by solvent extraction method with methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK)as extractant is carried out in a reciprocating plate column.The effect of vibration frequency and phase ratio on the extraction rate,the selectivity coefficient of impurities,washing effect and stripping effect is studied.The results show that,the optimum extraction ratio is 4.1,vibration frequency is 300 r/min,and the extraction rate of phosphoric acid is 84%;The optimized vibration frequency in washing process is 150 r/min,and the appropriate amount of washing acid is 14.2%,under these conditions,the removal rates of Mg2+,Fe3+,Al3+,SO42-are 91%,87%,80%,52%,respectively;For reverse extraction process,the optimized vibration frequency is 200 r/min,the appropriate amount of water is 13.8%,and the reverse extraction rate is 92%,w(H3PO4)of reverse extraction phosphoric acid is 52%.MIBK has good removal effect on cations,but poor removal effect on anions.The content of Fe3+ and SO42-in phosphoric acid purified by extration can not meet the standard of industrial phosphoric acid,it needs to be further removed in combination with other methods.
