摘要

对半水石膏转晶制备二水石膏工艺进行实验研究,探究转晶过程中水溶性P2O5、水溶性F、结晶水变化及转晶剂消耗.实验结果表明,加入生石灰可加快半水石膏转晶,实际生产转晶时间可控制在5~7 d;半水石膏在转晶过程中w(P2O5水溶)、w(F水溶)降低至0.1%以下,避免其对下游水泥缓凝剂的质量产生影响;根据石膏中水溶性P2O5含量调整生石灰的加入量,一般生石灰加入量控制在1%~2%.

Abstract

An experimental study is conducted on the process of preparing dihydrate gypsum from hemihydrate gypsum through crystal transformation,the changes of water-soluble P2O5 content,water-soluble F content,crystallization water content,and consumption of crystal transformation agents during the crystal transformation process are explored.The experimental results show that adding quick lime can accelerate the crystal transformation of hemihydrate gypsum,and the actual crystal transformation time can be controlled within 5-7 days;During the crystal transformation process of hemihydrate gypsum,the content of water-soluble P2O5 and water-soluble F are reduced to below 0.1%,avoiding their impact on the quality of downstream cement retarders;The amount of quick lime is adjusted according to the water-soluble P2O5 in gypsum,which is generally controlled at 1%-2%.
