滇池地区低品位高硅磷矿石配矿浮选研究

为产业化利用滇池地区低品位高硅磷矿石,将其与低硅高镁磷矿石配矿浮选,采用单一反浮选流程,研究配矿比例、磨矿细度、硫酸用量、YP6用量对浮选效果的影响.试验结果表明:低品位高硅磷矿石与低硅高镁磷矿石质量比为1∶6、磨矿细度≤0.074 mm颗粒占比93%、硫酸用量为16 kg/t、YP6用量为3.0 kg/t、磷酸用量为1.5 kg/t时,获得精矿w(P2O5)28.97%、w(MgO)0.89%、产率81.33%、P2O5回收率93.09%,尾矿w(P2O5)9.34%的选矿指标,为低品位高硅磷矿石的生产利用提供了一条新的途径.
Blending and flotation of low grade high silicon phosphate rock in Dianchi area
To industrialize the utilization of low grade high silicon phosphate rock in the Dianchi area,it is mixed with low silicon high magnesium phosphate rock for flotation.A single reverse flotation process is used to study the effects of blending ratio,grinding fineness,sulfuric acid dosage and YP6 dosage on flotation efficiency.The results show that when low grade high silicon phosphate rock and low silicon high magnesium phosphate rock are mixed at a mass ratio of 1∶6,the grinding fineness≤0.074 mm reaches 93%,the sulfuric acid dosage is 16 kg/t,the YP6 dosage is 3.0 kg/t,and the phosphoric acid dosage is 1.5 kg/t,the mineral processing indicators of concentrate with w(P2O5)of 28.97%,w(MgO)of 0.89%,yield of 81.33%,P2O5 recovery rate of 93.09%,and tailings with w(P2O5)of 9.34%are obtained,providing a new way for the utilization of low grade high silicon phosphate rock.
