摘要
简述团粒法工艺成粒的基本原理及颗粒不规则的原因,从设备、配料工艺、配料组成、生产技术方面提出了提高硫酸钾复合肥颗粒圆整度的措施,找出本研究生产条件及配方下烘干机最佳进口温度为150℃,出口温度为75℃,并建立烘干机进出口温度控制分析模型,为相关研究提供便利.
Abstract
The basic principle of granular compound fertilizer and the reasons for the irregularity of compound fertilizer particles are briefly described,measures to improve the roundness of potassium sulfate compound fertilizer particles from the aspects of equipment,ingredient process,ingredient composition and production technology are proposed,and the optimal inlet temperature of 150℃and outlet temperature of 75℃are determined for the drying machine of the production conditions and formula in this study.Analytical models for the inlet and outlet temperature control of a dryer are established to provide convenience for related research.
