氨基酸螯合微量元素在新型肥料中的应用研究

选用甘氨酸螯合锌、甘氨酸螯合锰、甘氨酸螯合铜作为微量元素的供体原料,分别在含氨基酸水溶肥料水剂和大量元素水溶肥料水剂产品中进行适配性试验,通过冷贮和热贮表现判定其稳定性.经过配方筛选,甘氨酸螯合锌和甘氨酸螯合铜在上述两种水剂肥料中表现稳定,样品经检测w(Zn)、w(Cu)达到预期水平;而甘氨酸螯合锰在大量元素水溶肥料水剂中表现不稳定,出现了沉淀.在新型肥料加工方面,氨基酸螯合微量元素可以在一定程度上替代乙二胺四乙酸螯合微量元素,用量更省,成本更低,建议推广应用.
Application of amino acid chelated trace elements in new fertilizers
Zinc glycine chelate,manganese glycine chelate and copper glycine chelate are selected as donor materials for trace elements,adaptability tests are conducted on water-soluble fertilizers containing amino acids and macroelements,their stability is determined through cold and hot storage performance.After formula screening,zinc glycine chelate and copper glycine chelate show stable performance in the above two types of fertilizers,and the content reaches the expected level;However,manganese glycine chelate exhibits instability and precipitation in water-soluble fertilizers containing macroelements.In the field of new fertilizer processing,amino acid chelated trace elements can replace EDTA chelated trace elements to a certain extent with lower dosage and cost,it is recommended to promote the application.
