摘要
介绍饲料级磷酸二氢钙生产工艺流程,考察原料磷酸中硫酸根含量对饲料级磷酸二氢钙产品总磷含量的影响.生产中可以通过调控净化湿法磷酸中硫酸根含量来实现饲料级磷酸二氢钙产品指标的稳定控制,介绍原料磷酸中硫酸根含量的调控措施.
Abstract
The production process of feed grade monocalcium phosphate is introduced,the influence of sulfate ions content in phosphoric acid on the indicators of feed grade monocalcium phosphate products is investigated.In production,stable control of chemical indicators of feed grade monocalcium phosphate products can be achieved by regulating sulfate ions content in purified wet-process phosphoric acid,and the regulatory measures are introduced.
