摘要

利用过程模拟软件Aspen Plus对100万t/a磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥工艺生料制备、生料分解烧成、烟气净化和烟气制硫酸4个工段进行模拟计算与可靠性验证,应用灵敏度分析工具和换热网络优化工具完成对磷石膏分解过程和换热网络的参数优化.模拟结果表明:利用模拟软件Aspen Plus模拟磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥工艺流程具有一定可行性,模型设置灵活,可为实际生产运行和工艺改进提供数据支持.

Abstract

The process simulation software Aspen Plus is used to complete the simulation calculation and reliability verification of the four sections of raw meal preparation,raw meal decomposition and burning,flue gas purification and sulfuric acid production from flue gas of the 1 million tons sulfuric acid and cement production with phosphogypsum process.The sensitivity analysis tool and heat exchange network optimization tool are used to complete the parameter optimization of the phosphogypsum decomposition process and heat exchange network respectively.The simulation results show that it is feasible to use Aspen Plus simulation software to simulate sulfuric acid and cement production with phosphogypsum,and the model setting is flexible,which can provide parameter optimization and data support for actual production operation and process improvement.
