摘要

针对湿法磷酸萃取槽顶衬胶短期内出现鼓包、碳化、脱落,钢筋混凝土被腐蚀、槽顶冒浓烟的问题,企业普遍采用降低溢流口以增加气相空间高度来解决该问题.在不打破原有闪冷系统平衡的基础上,将萃取槽溢流口形状从倒三角形改为长方形,并降低溢流口最低点高度,气相空间高度由1.266~1.717 m增加到1.812~2.054 m,解决了萃取槽出现的问题.

Abstract

The problems such as bulging,carbonization and detachment of rubber lining,corrosion of reinforced concrete,and thick smoke emitted from the top of the WPA extraction tank are occurred,various enterprises have reduced the overflow port and increased the gas phase height to solve the problems.On the basis of not breaking the balance of the original flash cooling system,the shape of the overflow port has been changed from an inverted triangle to a rectangle,and the lowest point height of the overflow port has been reduced.The gas phase height has been increased from 1.266-1.717 m to 1.812-2.054 m,solving the problems of the extraction tank.
