摘要
瓮福(集团)有限责任公司瓮福化工公司水洗磷石膏装置采用浮选与水洗净化相结合的工艺对原料磷石膏进行净化预处理.介绍浮选、水洗净化工艺流程;比较水洗净化过滤采用转盘式过滤机、加压过滤机组合运行工艺与加压过滤机单独运行工艺的净化磷石膏指标;通过滤布再生延长滤布使用周期,降低磷石膏净化预处理成本.所得净化磷石膏达到α石膏、β建筑石膏粉生产原料所需的质量指标.
Abstract
The water washing phosphogypsum unit of Wengfu Chemical Company,Wengfu(Group)Co.,Ltd.adopts a combined process of flotation and water washing purification to purify and pretreat the raw phosphogypsum.The flotation and water washing purification process are introduced;The purification indicators of phosphogypsum using a combination operation process of rotary disc filter and pressure filter and a separate operation process of pressure filter for water washing purification filtration are compared;By regenerating the filter cloth,the service cycle of the filter cloth can be extended,and the cost of phosphogypsum purification pretreatment can be reduced.The purified phosphogypsum reaches the quality indicators of raw material required for the production of α gypsum and β building gypsum powder.
