摘要
针对硫黄制硫酸装置熔硫工序产生的大量闪蒸汽既没有回收利用又污染环境的问题,利用热泵基本原理,用1.35 MPa蒸汽通过可调式蒸汽喷射热泵吸收闪蒸汽,并进行充分混合、压缩、升温,变成0.42 MPa、165℃的低压蒸汽,把形成的低压蒸汽用于液硫、尾气保温.改造后,实现闪蒸汽的回收利用,用于液硫和尾气保温的蒸汽减少5 940 t/a,经济效益良好,同时减少CO2排放量1 721 t/a.
Abstract
In response to the problem that a large amount of flash steam generated in the sulfur melting process of a sulfur based sulfuric acid plant is not recycled and pollutes the environment,using 1.35 MPa steam to absorb flash steam through a jet heat pump,and thoroughly mixing,compressing and temperature rise of the exhaust steam,it becomes low-pressure steam at 0.42 MPa and 165℃.The formed low-pressure steam is then reused for insulation of liquid sulfur and tail gas.After transformation,the recovery and utilization of flash steam is achieved,the steam used for insulation of liquid sulfur and tail gas can be reduced by 5 940 t/a,with good economic benefits,while carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 1 721 t/a.
