摘要

按照国标(GB/T 1871.5-2022)中方法检测磷矿中氧化镁,当氧化镁含量较高时,检测结果偏低,且检测误差大于国标允许误差.对国标法进行优化,沉淀转移过程中,将滤纸连同沉淀整体转移到烧杯中溶解,滴定环节用铬黑T指示液代替K-B指示剂,终点判断更准确.考察了乙二醇双(2-氨基乙基醚)四乙酸(EGTA)加入量对不同属性磷矿氧化镁测定的影响,大大提高氧化镁分析准确性.

Abstract

During the detection of magnesium oxide content in phosphate rock by national standard(GB/T 1871.5-2022)method,for high content magnesium oxide,the results are often lower,the detection error is greater than the allowable range of the national standard.The national standard method is optimized by transferring the magnesium hydroxide precipitate and filter paper as a whole to a beaker,using chromium black T indicator solution instead of K-B indicator in the titration process,the endpoint is more accurately.The effects of ethylene glycol tetraacetic acid(EGTA)addition with different properties on the determination of magnesium oxide in phosphate rock are investigated,improving the accuracy of magnesium oxide analysis.
