摘要

电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法能够一次性快速、准确地对肥料磷酸二铵、浓磷酸中有毒有害物质进行多元素定量分析.在选定仪器工作条件下,ICP-AES法对Se、Sb、As、Cd、Pb、Cr、Ni、Co、V、Mn等元素检出限为0.000 2~0.001 0 μg/mL,所有元素标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,回收率在97.9%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为0.023%~0.365%,能满足以磷精矿粉为初始原料生产的肥料磷酸二铵、浓磷酸质量控制的分析检验需求.

Abstract

ICP-AES method can quantitatively analyze toxic and harmful substances in fertilizer grade DAP and concentrated phosphoric acid in a single,rapid and accurate manner.Under the selected instrument working conditions,the detection limit of Se,Sb,As,Cd,Pb,Cr,Ni,Co,V,Mn by ICP-AES method is 0.0002-0.0010 μg/mL,the correlation coefficients of all element standard curves are greater than 0.999,the recovery rate ranges from 97.9%to 104.0%,and the relative standard deviation is between 0.023%and 0.365%.This method can meet the quality control requirements in the analysis and inspection of fertilizer grade DAP and concentrated phosphoric acid produced with phosphorus concentrate powder as the initial raw material.
