摘要

在选矿厂中,空压机是为浮选柱、仪表提供气体的关键设备.云南某选矿厂的空压站系统面临老化严重、故障多和效率低等问题,严重影响正常生产作业.对空压站进行技术改造,包括更换空压站系统设计,将水冷空压机更换为风冷空压机,改造管道,增加智能检测与管理.改造后的空压机空气露点和排气温度大幅度降低,气水分离,有效提升了气体质量;能耗大幅度降低,节能效果显著.

Abstract

In concentrator,air compressor is the key equipment to provide gas for flotation column and instruments.The air compressor station system of a concentrator in Yunnan province is faced with serious aging,many faults and low efficiency,which seriously affects the normal production operation.Technical transformation of the air compressor station is carried out,including replacing the system design,replacing water-cooled air compressors with air-cooled compressors,renovating pipelines,and adding intelligent detection and management.After the transformation,the air dew point and exhaust temperature have been significantly reduced,gas and water are separated,and gas quality is improved effectively;The energy consumption has been significantly reduced,and the energy-saving effect is significant.
