新型增硫磷铵产品技术开发及产业化

针对土壤缺硫,现有含硫磷铵肥料硫黄颗粒粗大、分布不均匀、作物吸收较差等关键技术问题,开展了微米级硫黄制备技术、新型增硫磷铵产品关键技术开发,并依托磷酸二铵装置开展产业化技术改造,以湿法浓磷酸、液氨、液体硫黄为主要原料,生产出具有独特结构的新型增硫磷铵产品,90%硫黄微粒粒度≤75 μm,硫黄微粒均匀分布于增硫磷铵产品中,有效促进了硫黄微粒在土壤中快速转化,满足作物全生长周期对硫的需求.
Technological development and industrialization of new type sulfur enhanced monoammonium phosphate products
In response to key technical issues such as soil sulfur deficiency,coarse and uneven distribution of sulfur particles in sulfur enhanced monoammonium phosphate fertilizers,and poor crop absorption,micron scale sulfur preparation technology,and key technology of new sulfur-contained monoammonium phosphate products are studied.Industrialization technology transformation has been carried out based on diammonium phosphate(DAP)devices,a new type of sulfur enhanced monoammonium phosphate products are produced with wet concentrated phosphoric acid,liquid ammonia and liquid sulfur as the main raw materials,with 90%sulfur particle size≤75 μ m and sulfur microparticles are distributed evenly in sulfur enhanced monoammonium phosphate,which can effectively promote the rapid transformation of sulfur particles in soil and meet the sulfur demand of plants during the whole growth period.
