针对100 kt/a硫基复合肥装置存在装置运行周期短、造粒成粒效果不理想、产品产量和品质波动大等问题,分析问题产生的根源,并提出优化措施.通过将小混酸槽搅拌桨更换成加长搅拌桨、对管道洗涤器内喷头和洗涤循环泵进行优化改进、调整造粒机料幕、优化工艺指标等,产量和成品质量提升,系统运行周期延长,干燥系统运行周期可以达到90d以上,装置运行率达到96%.
Production optimization,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of sulfur based compound fertilizers
In response to the problems of short operating cycle,unsatisfactory granulation effect and large fluctuations in product yield and quality in a 100 kt/a sulfur based compound fertilizer plant,the root causes of these problems are analyzed,and optimization measures are proposed.By replacing the small mixing acid tank agitator with an extended agitator,optimizing and improving the nozzle and washing circulation pump in the pipeline scrubber,adjusting the material curtain of the granulator,optimizing process indicators,the product yield and quality have been improved,and the system operating cycle has been extended.The operating cycle of the drying system can reach more than 90 days,and the device operating rate has reached 96%.
