高纯多聚磷酸工业生产中杂质元素足迹及净化效果研究

高纯多聚磷酸是精细磷化工产业的重要原料及产品,可用于医药、电子材料等领域.通过监测高纯多聚磷酸生产的原料、生产过程、产品的杂质含量,研究其杂质元素足迹及净化效果.结果表明:杂质As在生产过程中被逐步固定脱除,最终脱除率可达99.98%,杂质Mg先被固定后被释放,杂质Na完全被固定脱除,杂质Fe被固定后又从生产设备引入外源Fe,杂质Pb、Cd未进入多聚磷酸生产系统;高纯多聚磷酸产品4项指标均优于食品级磷酸标准,有16项指标优于普通电子级磷酸标准.
Research on impurity element footprint and purification effect in industrial production of high purity polyphosphate
High purity polyphosphate is an important raw material and product in the fine phosphorus chemical industry,which can be used in fields such as medicine and electronic materials.By monitoring the impurity content of raw materials,production processes,and products in the production of high-purity polyphosphate,the element footprint and purification effect of impurities are studied.The results show that:Impurity As is gradually fixed and removed during the production process,with a removal rate of 99.98%,Mg is first fixed and then released,Na is completely fixed and removed,Fe is fixed and then introduced from the production equipment with external Fe,Pb and Cd have not entered the polyphosphate production system;The four indicators of high-purity polyphosphate products are all superior to the food grade phosphoric acid standard,with 16 indicators superior to the ordinary electronic grade phosphoric acid standard.
