摘要

介绍瓮福化工公司湿法磷酸装置浓缩系统氟回收基本情况,并从氟的物料平衡进行梳理.重点针对浓缩系统氟逸出后的回收进行优化改造,一是从生产管理方面进行优化操作;二是从设备方面进行改造,包括将塔洗涤改为管道洗涤,优化喷淋方式,提高循环洗涤液流量.改造后装置的氟回收率由58%左右提高至70%左右,氟硅酸产能由30 kt/a提高到36 kt/a.

Abstract

The basic situation of fluorine recovery in phosphoric acid concentration system of Wengfu Chemical Company is introduced,and the material balance of fluorine is sorted out.The focus is on the optimization and transformation of fluorine recovery after the concentration system escaped.The first is to optimize the operation in production management,and the second is to transform the equipment by using pipeline washing instead of tower washing,optimizing spray methods,and increasing the flow rate of circulating washing solution.After transformation,the fluorine recovery rate is increased from 58%to 70%,the fluosilicic acid capacity is increased from 30 kt/a to 36 kt/a.
