摘要

目前复合肥料和有机肥料中氯离子含量测定时通过沸水提取肥料样品中水溶性氯离子,耗时长、操作步骤烦琐.采用超声提取法快速提取复合肥料和有机肥料中氯离子,分别采用容量法和自动电位滴定法测定氯离子含量,并将测定结果与标准方法进行对比.超声提取法室温条件下提取时间只需5 min,且不需要冷却,大大缩短了检测时间;同时方法准确度高,重现性好,适合大批量样品的检测.

Abstract

Currently,the determination of chloride content in compound fertilizers and organic fertilizers involves extracting water-soluble chloride ions from fertilizer samples through boiling water,which is time-consuming and cumbersome to operate.Chloride in compound fertilizers and organic fertilizers are extracted by ultrasonic extraction method,and determined by volumetric method and automatic potentiometric titration method respectively,comparison of the measurement results with standard methods are carried out.The ultrasonic extraction method only takes 5 minutes to extract at room temperature and does not require cooling,greatly reducing the detection time;At the same time,the method has high accuracy and good reproducibility,making it suitable for the detection of large batches of samples.
