摘要

研究水分仪测定磷石膏中附着水、结晶水含量的方法,优化测定条件,测定结果与GB/T 5484-2012中干燥差减法相吻合,相对标准偏差0.32%~0.62%,准确度高,精密性好.该方法自动化程度高,在优化的条件下,单个样品测定耗时仅15~45 min,解决了传统标准测定方法耗时长、分析误差大的问题,满足磷石膏堆存、处理、利用中质量控制要求.

Abstract

The determination method for attached water and crystalline water in phosphogypsum by a moisture meter is researched,the measurement conditions are optimized,and the measurement results are consistent with the drying difference method in GB/T 5484-2012,with a relative standard deviation of 0.32%-0.62%,it has high accuracy and good precision.This method has a high degree of automation,under optimized conditions,the determination time for a single sample is only 15-45 minutes,solving the problems of long time consumption and large analysis errors in traditional standard determination methods.It meets the quality control requirements for the storage,treatment and utilization of phosphogypsum.
