摘要

中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司煤气化、合成氨、尿素装置中几种不同换热器发生泄漏,导致循环水水质恶化,循环水中pH、氨氮、硫化物数据异常;归纳氨压机出口冷凝器漏氨、低温甲醇洗热再生塔顶冷凝器内漏、尿素装置回流冷凝器泄漏3种情况下循环水数据变化及采取的措施,对行业内含氨氮、硫化物的换热器泄漏处理有一定借鉴意义.

Abstract

Several different heat exchangers in the coal gasification,synthetic ammonia,and urea units of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.often leaked,resulting in deterioration of the circulating water quality and abnormal data on pH,ammonia nitrogen,and sulfides in the circulating water.The changes in circulating water data and measures taken in three situations are summarized,such as ammonia leakage in the outlet condenser of the ammonia compressor,internal leakage in the top condenser of the low-temperature methanol washing and regeneration tower,and leakage of reflux condenser in the urea unit,providing reference for the treatment of heat exchangers leakage in the industry containing ammonia nitrogen and sulfides.
