摘要
增设电子皮带秤在线标定、报警和自动连锁停机功能,探索皮带秤在投料、返料、包膜工序上的组合应用,以精准计量和生产全过程稳定的物料流量,巩固和提高产品质量.组合使用电子皮带秤后,计量误差率(设计配方与实际走料)缩小到0.5%以内;产品合格率99%,一次性合格率提高了约2百分点;吨产品中防结油的喷涂量稳定在2.0～2.1 kg,产品结块现象显著改善.
Abstract
In order to accurately measure and maintain stable material flow throughout the production process,consolidate and improve product quality,online calibration,alarm and automatic chain shutdown functions are added for electronic belt scales,the combined application of electronic belt scales in feeding,returning and coating processes are explored.After combined application of electronic belt scales,the quality error rate(design formula and actual feeding)is reduced to within 0.5%;The product qualification rate is 99%,and the one-time qualification rate has increased by nearly 2 percentage points;The spraying amount of anti oil for per ton product is stable at 2.0-2.1 kg,and the phenomenon of product clumping is significantly improved.
