The connotation of new quality productivity is elaborated,the internal driving force for the development of new quality productivity in the petrochemical industry is analyzed,and its development paths are introduced,including leveraging the leading role of scientific and technological innovation,vigorously promoting the construction of a modern petrochemical industry system,promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial chain and supply chain,actively cultivating emerging and future industries,opening up new tracks,deepening the innovation and development of the digital economy,fully stimulating talent innovation and creativity,and strengthening international cooperation and competition.The work directions of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in the context of competing for new quality productivity are introduced.
