摘要
以工业磷酸一铵及氯化钾为原料制备高纯磷酸二氢钾产品,探究各反应条件对产品纯度及收率的影响.反应阶段最佳条件为工业磷酸一铵与氯化钾摩尔比1.00∶1.40、反应温度100℃、过滤温度30℃;提纯阶段最佳条件为重结晶蒸发量75%、过滤温度40℃;重结晶后固体溶于水制成溶液,甲醇与溶液按照体积比1.0∶1.5进行萃取,可以得到单次收率48.26%、纯度99.88%的磷酸二氢钾产品.各级反应残液均可作为原料再利用,萃取剂通过蒸馏进行回收,整个流程无资源浪费.
Abstract
High purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate products are prepared with industrial monoammonium phosphate and potassium chloride as raw materials,the effects of reaction conditions on the purity and yield of products are investigated.The optimum conditions of reaction stage are as follows:The molar ratio of industrial monoammonium phosphate to potassium chloride is 1.00∶1.40,reaction temperature is 100℃,filtration temperature is 30℃.The evaporation of recrystallization is 75%,the filtration temperature is 40℃during purification stage;After the recrystallized solid is prepared into a solution and extracted with methanol according to the volume ratio of 1.5∶1.0,potassium dihydrogen phosphate with a single yield of 48.26%and purity of 99.88%can be obtained.The residual liquid at all levels of the reaction can be used as raw materials,and the extraction agent can be recovered by distillation,there is no waste of resources in the whole process.
