三聚磷酸钾螯合性能及应用研究

研究三聚磷酸钾螯合铁、钙、镁能力;探究三聚磷酸钾提供的聚合磷在15-15-15复合肥中对水不溶性钙、镁、铁等中微量元素的螯合作用.结果表明,三聚磷酸钾对铁、钙、镁的螯合能力以质量计为Fe>Mg>Ca,以离子数量计为Mg>Fe≈Ca;应用于复合肥中的最优工艺条件推荐为聚合磷占总磷的9%、w(P2O5 聚合)1.35%、三聚磷酸钾添加量3%.
Chelating properties and application of KTPP
The chelating ability of KTPP to iron,calcium and magnesium is studied;The chelating effects of polymeric phosphorus provided by KTPP on medium and trace elements such as water insoluble calcium,magnesium,and iron in 15-15-15 compound fertilizers are investigated.The results indicate that the chelating ability of KTPP for iron,calcium and magnesium is Fe>Mg>Ca by mass,and Mg>Fe ≈ Ca by ions quantity;The optimal process conditions for compound fertilizer are recommended with polymerized phosphorus to total phosphorus mass ratio of 9%,polymerized phosphorus nutrients accounting for 1.35%and KTPP addition amount of 3%.
