Fixation of free-fluorine in fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder
Improper disposal of fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder will lead to potential environmental pollution risk and waste of silicon resources. The fixation of free-fluorine in fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder is studied, and the effect of water and calcium ion exchanger amount on the pH value and fixation effect of fluorine in fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder solution is mainly investigated. The experimental results show that the pH of the fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder solution can reach 6.16 when the temperature is 75℃,the stirring speed is 200 r/min,the reaction time is 30 min,and the amount of water and calcium ion exchanger are 200 mL and 12 g.The proportion of free-fluorine in the modified fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder are 200 mL and significantly reduced, which has great application potential in the white carbon black and anti-rust pigment system.
