氟化锂废料制备硅酸锂工艺研究

氟化锂废料回收处理难度较大,回收成本较高.以氟化锂废料为原料制备高纯度、高模数硅酸锂,考察渣料处理、氯化钙浓度、反应温度、反应溶液pH、水玻璃浓度等对锂收率的影响.结果表明,在氟化锂废料水洗用水量为渣料的3倍、120 ℃烘干、氯化钙溶液质量分数40%、反应温度100℃、搅拌转速200 r/min、搅拌时间为2h、反应溶液pH6~7、水玻璃溶液质量分数控制在8%时,锂收率达到95%,所得的硅酸锂产品达到YS/T 1242-2018标准要求,为氟化锂废料资源化利用提供了一条可行之路.
Study on preparation of lithium silicate from lithium fluoride waste
The recovery and treatment of lithium fluoride waste is difficult and costly.The preparation of high-purity and high modulus lithium silicate from lithium fluoride waste is carried out,the effects of slag treatment,calcium chloride concentration,reaction temperature,reaction solution pH,and water glass concentration on lithium yield are investigated.The results show that when the water consumption for washing lithium fluoride waste is three times that of the slag,dried at 120 ℃,the mass fraction of calcium chloride solution is 40%,the reaction temperature is 100 ℃,the stirring speed is 200 r/min,the stirring time is 2 hours,the pH of the reaction solution is 6-7,and the mass concentration of water glass is 8%,the lithium yield reaches 95%.The obtained lithium silicate product meets the requirements of YS/T 1242-2018,providing a feasible path for the resource utilization of lithium fluoride waste.
