Effect of ammonium salt on phosphogypsum during low temperature calcination
The effect of ammonium salt on soluble phosphorus and fluorine in phosphogypsum(PG)during the low temperature calcination process is explored by using PG raw materials and ammonium salt additives. The results show that the ammonium salt formed by volatile acid can effectively reduce the content of soluble phosphorus and fluorine in PG;When the temperature is higher than 150 ℃,the ammonium salt has the greatest influence on soluble phosphorus and fluorine in PG,the effect of PG treatment is the best, and the strength of PG added with ammonium acetate after calcination is also significantly improved.
