Experimental study on mineral processing of apatite rock in a certain area of Xinjiang
Based on the properties of apatite rock in a certain area of Xinjiang,a single reverse flotation test process is adopted to determine the grinding fineness,dosage of adjusting agent,inhibitor,collector,flotation time and other experimental conditions.Based on the obtained experimental conditions,open circuit and closed circuit process flows are designed.The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions of grinding fineness<0.074 mm particle proportion of 48.97%,sodium carbonate dosage of 1 500 g/t,combination inhibitor sodium silicate+CMC dosage of 800 g/t+200 g/t,collector dosage of 1 000 g/t,coarse selection time of 2 minutes in first coarse selection process,sodium silicate+CMC dosage of 200 g/t+50 g/t,collector dosage of 400 g/t,foaming agent dosage of 20 g/t,and coarse selection time of 1 minute in second coarse selection process,two coarse selection and two closed circuit experiments can be carried out,resulting in a concentrate yield of 14.60%,w(P2O5)of 31.87%,and a recovery rate of 96.63%.The flotation cost of this method is estimated and compared with the flotation cost in Yunnan province and procurement costs.
