Using Weng'an phosphate rock in Guizhou as raw material,industrial ammonium phosphate and purified phosphoric acid are produced by deep processing of mother liquor produced by nitrate phosphate fertilizer plant in Guizhou Batian Ecological Engineering Co.,Ltd.The process flow and principle of producing industrial ammonium phosphate and purified phosphoric acid by nitric acid method are introduced,and the key points and technological breakthroughs in the process and equipment of industrial ammonium phosphate production by extending the industrial chain of nitrate phosphate fertilizer plant are emphasized.The development of this technology provides the direction for the technical practice and next improvement of the new energy material lithium iron phosphate precursor iron phosphate phosphorus source,by-product white fertilizer processing phosphorus nitrate(potassium)fertilizer,by-product white gypsum high value utilization.
