Research on WPA micro air floatation oil removal technology
In the process of organic solvent extraction and purification of WPA,it is inevitable that a small amount of extractant and their organic solvent will remain in the finished phosphoric acid and residual acid.Using dissolved air flotation technology to separate organic matter in WPA,the influence of factors such as phosphoric acid concentration, impurity metal ion content and extraction content on the air flotation process is investigated, and the differences between dissolved air flotation and static separation oil removal schemes are compared. The experimental results indicate that an increase in phosphoric acid concentration and impurity metal ion content both cause an extension of phase separation time.In refined phosphoric acid solution, the concentration of phosphoric acid should not exceed 60%;In the crude phosphoric acid(MER of 0.13)system,the concentration of phosphoric acid should not exceed 40%.In a w(H3PO4)40%solution,the total content of iron, aluminum and magnesium impurity ions should not exceed 3%.Compared with static separation, the dissolved air flotation oil removal scheme has a shorter separation time and higher efficiency, and can effectively remove residual flocculent suspended solids in the clarified liquid.
