摘要
以湿法净化磷酸、氨水、尿素为原料,通过添加硫酸模拟不同SO42-含量的磷酸对合成聚磷酸铵的影响,实验主要包括预中和反应和聚合反应,反应条件分别为反应温度120~160℃、料浆密度≤1.75g/mL、料浆中和度为≤1.0(mol/mol);V(液体尿素)∶V(磷铵料浆)为0.48∶1.00、聚合段物料温度140~250℃、聚合时间60~180 min.实验结果表明:引入SO42-,产品总养分下降;w(SO42-)>10%,产品开始浑浊,其产品水溶性变差;并且三聚及其以上聚合态磷含量明显下降.
Abstract
The effect of phosphoric acid with different contents of SO42-on the synthesis of APP is simulated by adding sulfuric acid.The experiment mainly included pre-neutralization reaction and polymerization reaction,and the reaction conditions are reaction temperature 120-160 ℃,slurry specific gravity≤1.75 g/mL,slurry neutralization ≤1.0(mol/mol).The volume ratio of liquid urea and ammonium phosphate slurry is 0.48:1.00,material temperature of polymerization stage is 140-250 ℃,polymerization time is 60-180 min.The results show that:With the introduction of SO42-,the total nutrient of the product decreases,when the mass fraction of SO42->10%,the product begins to be cloudy and the water solubility of the product becomes worse.Moreover,the content of phosphorus in polymerized states of trimerization and above decreased obviously.
