磷酸酯阴离子捕收剂协同椰油二胺一步反浮选胶磷矿实验研究

以宜昌树崆坪矿区中低品位硅钙质胶磷矿作为研究对象,采用椰油二胺为阳离子捕收剂,研究不同结构的磷酸酯阴离子捕收剂协同反浮选性能.实验结果表明:不同结构的磷酸酯协同作用不同,具有聚氧乙烯醚基团的磷酸酯协同作用优于没有聚氧乙烯醚基团的磷酸酯;具有聚氧乙烯醚基团的磷酸酯的碳链结构不同,协同浮选效果不同;支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的协同作用优于直链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯.以磷酸酯(E1310P)与椰油二胺分别作为反浮选阴、阳离子捕收剂,可使磷矿w(P2O5)从25.74%提高到33.66%.
One-step reverse flotation of collophane with phosphate ester anionic collector synergized with coconut oil diamine
The medium and low-grade silica-calcium collophane in the Yichang Shukongping mining area is taken as the object,using coconut oil diamine as the cationic collector,the synergistic reverse flotation performance of phosphate ester anionic collector with different structures is investigated.The results show that:The synergistic effect of phosphate esters with different structures is different,the synergistic effect of phosphate esters with polyoxyethylene ether groups is better than that of phosphate esters without polyoxyethylene ether groups;Different carbon chain structures of phosphate esters with polyoxyethylene ether groups have different synergistic effects;The synergistic effect of branched alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate is superior to that of straight-chain alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate.Using phosphate ester E1310P and coconut oil diamine as anionic and cationic collectors,the P2O5 grade of phosphate rock can be increased from 25.74%to 33.66%by reverse flotation.
