Comprehensive recovery and utilization of waste ammonia in synthetic ammonia process
The process producing ammonia wastewater and waste gas in the synthetic ammonia process,as well as the measures and existing problems for treating waste ammonia are introduced.The condensate of synthetic fresh gas,regularly discharge liquid ammonia from the ammonia cooler of the refrigeration circuit,dilute ammonia water from the ammonia recovery unit,and gas ammonia discharged from the liquid ammonia pump are collected to produce dilute ammonia water with a concentration of about 10%,which is transported to the urea plant to prepare ammonia water with a concentration of about 30%,and then ammonia water with a concentrations of 20%is obtained for use in the power plant.Not only can it effectively recycle waste ammonia to solve environmental protection problems,but also create considerable economic benefits.
