Research on production process of feed grade dicalcium phosphate with by-product residual acid from WPA purification
The by-product residual acid from WPA purification contains a large amount of phosphorus pentoxide, which is mostly used in fertilizer production. In response to the diversified cascade utilization of residual acid,a process route for preparing feed grade dicalcium phosphate using residual acid is proposed.Firstly, the residual acid is pretreated, and then subjected to a defluorination process to enrich the impurity ions in the white fertilizer, making the supernatant meet the requirements for producing feed grade dicalcium phosphate.By using lime milk to neutralize the phosphorus containing solution after defluorination,a product that meets the requirements of type Ⅰ in GB 22549-2017"Feed additive—Dicalcium phosphate"can be produced. The recovery rate of P2O5 in the extracted acid reaches 81.21%.
