Discussion on the production process of sulfur based compound fertilizer without by-product hydrochloric acid
The by-product hydrochloric acid of sulfur based compound fertilizer is difficult to sell,and hydrochloric acid often occupies the inventory,which restricts the yield of sulfur based compound fertilizer.By utilizing ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride as raw materials,sulfur based compound fertilizer and by-product potassium ammonium chloride is also produced,achieving a technological breakthrough in producing sulfur based compound fertilizer without by-product hydrochloric acid.The feasibility of producing sulfur based compound fertilizer without by-product hydrochloric acid from both process and economic perspectives are discussed.The results show that the process of sulfur based compound fertilizer without by-product hydrochloric acid is feasible and has considerable economic value.
